Training

If you’re looking to start your fitness journey and learn how to become a professional fighter, then look no further.

All of our participants take part in a 10-week professional training programme which is worth over £500, and it’s free.

What do we cover in training?

Every session starts with a warm up to minimise any risk to injury.

Our sessions will vary each week but you can expect to see us take you through:

  • Punch combinations
  • Shadow boxing
  • Sparring
  • Heavy bag workout
  • Skipping
  • Slipping and rolling
  • Abs and core body work
  • Plus much more!

    When is it?

    Training for fighters is every Saturday at 10am or 11am

    Can I train and not take part in a fight?

    Yes, don’t worry, if you don’t feel like you’re ready to take part in a fight, you can still join us for our weekly open training sessions every Tuesday at 7pm or Thursday at 7.30pm.

    What’s the catch?

    There really isn’t one. All we ask is that you sell a certain number of tickets for fight night. How hard can it be? Get your friends, family and colleagues to come along and cheer your name as you step up to the ring in front of 2,000 people!
