Here at WHITE COLLAR BOXING LONDON we have created a series of boxing based fitness classes that feature some of the very same drills and conditioning exercises as used by championship boxers.

There is nothing quite like a genuine boxing based workout to really shift weight, seriously tone and improve overall fitness levels.

Boxing based fitness training provides the perfect balance of Anaerobic and Aerobic exercise to maximise weight loss and body toning whilst also improving strength, power and stamina.

Our classes are aimed at anyone who has a good attitude and is willing to work up a sweat. Our classes are tailored for everyone. Each week we tend to mix the sessions up covering all aspects of boxing such as;

Technique, Padwork, Skipping, Bagwork, Circuits, Ab work, Sparring and so much more.

Our sessions are pay as you go, there are no signing up or hidden admin fees.


Class times:

TUESDAY 7pm – 8pm
THURSDAY 7:30pm – 8:30pm
SATURDAY 10am – 11am & 11am – 12pm
